Free Meal Ideas for Babies 4 to 12-Months-Old

Sample Meals:

Week 8 Meal Ideas:

  • Breakfast: Peanut butter toast, sausage patty, and kiwi
  • Lunch: Quesadilla with black beans and lima beans
