So I recently made these quick Social-Emotional Flashcards to start helping our son recognize and share his emotions. I wouldn’t say they’re working yet… But with consistent exposure and naming his emotions for him, I hope that he’ll start to be able to recognize and communicate what he’s feeling. The feelings and emotions of a two-year-old are BIG, so fingers crossed this small strategy helps him identify what is happening inside him – and I hope they bring you some much-neededas support, like they have for us.
